Ready to Learn?
Golf is a sport that is meant to be enjoyed. Learning the game should fun too. You will learn in a relaxed, but educational atmosphere.
Private lessons, at the request of the student, may focus on the full swing, short game, or putting. Playing lessons, focusing on golf course management, are also available with an advance tee time. All swing lessons include expert advice, Trackman swing data analysis, and video swing analysis. Your first private lesson will start with an approximate 20 minute conversation and initial swing analysis. This is when your goals are communicated and an initial improvement plan is developed.
April – November, all lessons are conducted outdoors, weather permitting. December – March, lessons are conducted indoors. All lessons are conducted at the beautiful NorthStar Golf Club located in Sunbury, Ohio, just 10 minutes north of Columbus.

MATT HAS MANY YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE AND IS A WORLD GOLF TEACHER (TOP 100).
HE USES FLIGHTSCOPE TECHNOLOGY AND PROVIDES WINTER INSTRUCTION IN HIS INDOOR FACILITY.
MATT WAS THE UNITED STATES GOLF TEACHERS CUP CHAMPION IN 2012 AND 2013. HE WAS A 3-TIME ALL AMERICAN AT OTTERBEIN UNIVERSITY AND SERVED AS THEIR GOLF COACH FROM 2001-2006.
IN HIGH SCHOOL HE WAS A JACK NICKLAUS AWARD WINNER AND FIRST TEAM ALL STATE PLAYING FOR TREE OF LIFE CHRISTIAN

STEPHEN GANGLUFF
Stephen Gangluff played on the Nationwide Tour in 2003, 2004, 2007, and 2011. His best finish was T-3 at the 2007 Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open. He also played on the Canadian Tour, winning three times and leading the Order of Merit in 2006. He played on the PGA Tour in 2002 and 2012, both times earning his card through Q School. His best finish is T-19 at the 2002 FedEx St. Jude Classic.

Through use of Trackman launch monitors (www.trackmangolf.com), feedback training to force the player to make the perfect movements, Kyle can change the ultimate slice swing into a 4-yard draw within an hour. Kyle can also help turn your 70's into a 65's like he has for several of his present tour players. Most importantly, Kyle will create ways so that when you practice by yourself, you can manage your own swing and make your practice perfect. You no longer need to hit it great with the instructor but then leave and “loose it”. Kyle and his team of coaches, including Lindsay Becker for golf fitness, and Dr. Todd M. BRIAN IS A FORMER MEMBER OF TWO PGA TOURS, INCLUDING 14 FULL YEARS ON THE PGA TOUR CANADA AND 3 YEARS ON THE NATIONWIDE/WEB.COM TOUR. HE IS A 3-TIME WINNER ON THE PGA TOUR CANADA AND HAS WON OVER 35 MINI TOUR EVENTS IN HIS CAREER. HE PLAYED COLLEGIATLY AT JOHN CARROLL UNIVERSITY WHERE HE WAS A 4 TIME ALL CONFERENCE SELECTION, 3 TIME NCAA ALL-AMERICAN AND 2 TIME ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICAN. SINCE THEN BRIAN TEACHES AT THE WESTERVILLE GOLF CENTER AND IS THE HEAD GOLF COACH AT ST. CHARLES PREP IN COLUMBUS. HIS STUDENTS INCLUED PGA PROS, TOURING PROS, COLLEGE ALL-AMERICANS, ALL-DISTRICT AND ALL-STATE HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS.
